My internet it paid to be around 30 mb/s and I'm not fussy whether its 10 / 20 or 30 but 2.... is borderline cancelling my subscription. Which I obviously don't want to have to do.
I've run your diagnostic test thing not sure at all what that did just said everything is fine as well as reseting the box.
Is there anything you can do to increase the speed or am I just going to have to change provider?
I live in a 2 bed semi detached I would find it incredible for such a gigantic drop in speed to occur from being 2m above the box.
Thanks for taking the time to read this and hope it finds you in good health.
Regards,
Jack
