Internet down in OLDHAM Ol3 area

Internet has been down for nearly 24 hours.

Service checker on NOWTV account page will not work. Just flashes red and says unable to check service.

Live chat is unavailable at this time.

I've reset hub. Defaulted to factory settings. Turned it off for a while. Nothing fixed it.

No updates from NOWTV as to outages in my area. 

The hub itself has all white lights. On the 168.192.0.1 page it also says it is connected to the Internet. It doesn't believe anything is offline or wrong.

Cant access anything online though. 0 connections. Alexa won't work. Phone. Laptop. Etc. 

First time in a long time it has stopped out of the blue. 

 

Please help!

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

If pressing the reset button on the back of the Router for about 10 seconds doesn't help and the wire between the Router and BT Telephone socket is still in place and hasn't become loose.

 

Then give the NowTV Broadband Team a call, where there is a telephone number on this link page below to phone.
