sky sport voucher on you view box does not operate correctly

it takes 1 minute 30 seconds from turning

now tv app on to get to sport. The same time again to get to select a channel

and then channel does not always play. every movement takes seconds to operate.What Have I done wrong.

While not recording nor about to, touch the On/Standby button on the box, and keep your finger there for just over eight seconds until the box non-destructively soft reboots.

 

See if that improves its responsiveness here.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
