My go live date has passed. Being told more works need to be done by Openreach

My 'go live' date was 6th Aug. On the day, an Openreach engineer came installed new socket in the property and I have been told everything is fine. Waiting for NowTV to go live but nothing happen. On the 7th Aug, I called NowTV and got told more works need to be done by Openreach and hence can't activate my service yet. Also told me that I will wait up to 72 hours for an update on the progress. Can you please chase Openreach for an answer?

I've got the same problem my a tibation day was yesterday but nothing is working. No internet light on the router, just power and wireless.

Did you get sorted with yours?
