Will now tv move a master socket?

Our master socket enters in to what is about to become our toddlers bedroom and we want it moved downstairs. Will now tv provide this service with a new broadband package?

Extremely unlikely, where NowTV will detect your telephone line on their BT checker system and will identify that the line is already live with an active BT telephone socket.

I am assuming NowTV will just provide you a Hub Router for a self install, where you may have to employ a telephone contractor yourself to move the BT master socket to a different location in your home.

Your best option is to pop over to live chat and ask the question there, where you will get an official answer from NowTV themselves.

To my understanding, only BT Openreach can move a master socket, but you cant ask them directly to do this, you have to put the request in via your ISP, in this case probably as part of the install of NowTV Broadband (even if this is all they have to come to your property to physically do).

Anybody non-Openreach moves it, all bets are off.

That's a valid point about moving or tampering with the BT Master phone socket 👍.
