Unable to see both my passes on new device

I have added a new device and only one pass shows as available. I have entertainment and cinema but only cinema is showing.

Are you using a YouView box has your new added device by any chance ?

Where the Youview boxes only support on demand movies and don't currently cover any other nowtv passes on the platform including an entertainment pass.

BT & Sky/ NowTV have agreed sometime this year (no offical date yet confirmed) too add nowtv entertainment, kids, sports onto the BT YouView boxes.

The information is still a little bit sketchy at the moment, where nobody knows if Talk Talk and Retail YouView boxes are part of this above agreement.
