I'm unable to watch Now TV on any device because they think I'm on a VPN, which I'm not. I've already tried turning off my router for 30 minutes then turning it back on, but this has not resolved the issue.

Can someone suggest another idea to resolve this issue?

Best to jump onto live chat and report the issue with staff as it won’t get sorted on here sadly. This forum is mainly used by other customers.

Make sure to click “chat online” within the green box. Avoid “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

I contacted my ISP, they acknowledged that it was an issue at their end. They resolved the issue today and I can now watch Now TV again.

That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
