VPN error

Now TV is telling me I am trying to use with a VPN when I am not.

I have not changed anything in the set up - broadband is the same etc etc

 

Have tried logging out and in again and resetting to no luck. Any suggestions?

Try unplugging your router and stick for a few minutes.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
