Unable to open a birthday card sent via Jacqui Lawson

Hi

Our internet is working for emails and Facebook etc however my daughter sent me an e card from Jacqui Lawson which I was unable to open

I have had one previously and just clicked on the link and had no issues previously

My daughter has proved that it has to be the internet connection as she also tried to open it in her I phone but whilst connected to my now broadband was unable to open it however when using her own mobile data with 3 could open the card

Do I need to ring nowtv as clearly there is a problem I have rebooted both the device and router so it is not this

Any help appreciated

Hi @Anonymous User

What happens if you temporary switch off your Broadband Buddy Settings or change to a higher age rating ?

Broadband Buddy has to be suspicious of anything it doesn’t know about.

Perhaps someone could send it a Jacqui Lawson card, so it can see how harmless its payload is 😛

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
