Broadband connection


I am trying to connect to my new NOW HUB 2 since yesterday. But am unable to do so because whenever I try to sign in it says *your connection has been dropped* and asks me to fix some wires. Even after doing it for 100 times the same problem is detected. Can someone please let me know how I can connect to my device and tun my wifi.

Was yesterday your live Broadband activation date ?

Does all three green lights remain permanently illuminated on the front of the NOW Router or is the middle light red or amber.

I am assuming none of your internet devices can connect to the Router (either over Ethernet or wifi).

I haven't checked NOW Twitter yet if anybody has reported any major outage on the NOW / Sky Broadband service yesterday and today.

If it was me I would phone the NOW Broadband Team for further assistance and help using the telephone number on this link page below.
