Trying to check my Antminer IP address

I am trying to set up my Bitmain Antminer but when I search my miners IP address I keep getting (This site can’t be reached) ip address refused to connect. Is this a router setting i need to change as its doing it with all my miners?

This is not a supported activity on Now Broadband.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Cant offer much help, other than Now broadband uses a dynamic IP address so accessing devices by ip from outside your home network isnt possible unless you know what IP now has assigned to your router.

There are of course work arounds such as DDNS services to access devices from outside the home network.

Essentialy Now is a consumer level service with a very basic router , and if you can afford to run a bitcoin/crypto miner then you should be looking at a better router than the one supplied by Now.
