Slow speed

Hi,

 

I've been plagued with slow BB speeds since joining in March, however when I do a speedtest on the NOWTV control panel, it tells me I get a good speed, any tests on 3rd party sites show about 5mbps over wifi and maybe up to 10mbps on LAN.  This is across different laptops, PCs, and phones. 

 

I'm not sure what to do. I cannot continue to work like this!?  I did try a different router and the overall connection speed was about the same.

Best to give the broadband team a call. They might be able to resolve it for you.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
