Can you tell us is it NOW TV broadband that you have ?
Have you tried an ethernet cable (cabled connection) directly from your router to your device to see if the speed of your internet improves ? This is something we usually check to see if there is a problem with your Wifi connection or a problem with the internet connection from your line.
