When is your live Broadband activation date ?
You can check this by going to My Account > Orders & Appointments where the Hub Router is normally sent out 5 working days before your live switch on date.
Did you order the NowTV box separately as an optional extra price, where the standard NowTV Broadband & Telephone package deals only comes supplied with a Hub Router for access to the internet ?
