Poor Router Signal

I recently changed from Sky broadband to NowTV and I have noticed a huge difference in router signal. The NowTV router is not strong enough and I only have full coverage in the room it is located in. I live in a 2 bed flat and expect better signal. Never had a problem with Sky. Please send me a new box with stronger signal range

Have you tried temporary to use your old Sky router, which should work with NowTV to see if the wifi signal improves similar to the time that you was with Sky ?

Suggest giving the NowTV Broadband Team a call, where you can find their telephone number by going to My Account > Orders & Appointments whilst logged in on here and click on the drop down arrow below live activation date to see the phone number to call.
