This is more of a request / observance than a support, but your NowTV router boxes are aweful.
I get a average signal standing next to it, and a poor signal in the next room in a new build house with paper thin walls.
Please get a new one out, doesn't make sense your sister company sky can produce a good one and your engineers can't
