Password

I can’t join my mobile phone to the NOW HUB 2 Wi-Fi it keeps saying incorrect password but I’ve got it on the card the engineer left

Do a factory reset to the router. As it might have been set up incorrectly, factory reset should put it back to the correct password.

And if still no go, check the card matches what is on the label on the underside of the router.

In extremis, find something you can set up on the router with WPS, and use that to see what the router thinks its password is.

 

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
