Activation date

My activation date was yesterday and my line still hasn’t gone live. It says on my account that it hasn’t been activated yet. I called up and was told to wait for an email  on Monday but I feel this is really inconsiderate when I was given a date it will be activated. I now have no internet on New Year’s Eve.

Not much we can do on here as broadband support have never posted on my time of using the forum. 

Use your mobile phone as a hot spot until you’re up and running. Then use that to get a rebate of some sort with your mobile provider.

You will also be able to get compensation due to the delay in line activation.
