Outage in Clapham for over a day

I have had an outage (no internet) in my area for over 24 hours now and there have been no updates at all at this point.

Currently the only information I can find when checking is that there is an outage. There have been no updates and there is no communication for when it is expected to be fixed. 

As someone who frequently works from home, this makes it very difficult to work or plan my next week. 

If someone at now can provide an update, that would be great.

Also when you report it and only when you report it you’ll no doubt be in line for compensation.

@Dutchcyborg I am waiting on my setup in Earlsfield so would be helpful if they updated us with any issues as this is quite irritating
