Only had the service live for a couple of days. First thing I did was test the speed (one device, hard wired in and no other applications running in the background) and got no higher than 50mbps from many sources. I'm supposedly guaranteed 68 mbps min, with an up to 70mbps on contract.
However, through nowtv's own system diagnostics, their results keep telling me (a convenient) 80mbps at my router, telling me everything is running as it should...
Now, my previous virgin media 100mbps fibre was (when tested in any circumstance was at least 100mbps, so the sources are validated.
Anyone had anything similar?
