Nowtv won’t recognise my log in

We had a broadband outage and ever since then Nowtv has been asking me to log in. However it won’t accept the username and password - not recognisable even though I’m using the same username and password that I use on all my devices. I’m having use Chromecast from my iPad to get Nowtv on the big screen. Any ideas?

I’ve tried several real times - the password and username is correct.

If you can go with your internet off for about 30 minutes, see if switching off the power to your router for half hour resolves it.

It's a bit of a long shot (unless somebody on here knows the answer).

Otherwise, maybe try a full factory reset of your Router (not soft reboot) where maybe your router has picked up a rouge IP address when there was an internet outage which is blocking you access to sign in with your NowTV account details.

I can't guarantee my above suggestions will work, but worth a try if you are getting nowhere.
