Now wifi Booster

Hi everyone, does anyone know how to get a wifi booster with Now Broadband? I have tried to start a chat however it has gotten me nowhere. 

We currently have connection in living room, kitchen and hallway. However this network doesn't reach our bedrooms which becomes a problem when working from home. 

If anyone can advise that would be great!

Simple answer is not a chance, they only supply the router. Which isn’t the best. 

Anything else has to come out your own pocket through third party retailers.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Ditto! I'm trying the same, what an absolutely dreadful level of service it is.

Now, for better or worse, is a cheap ISP with minimal everything. Goodness knows if it will be around for much longer if they don't start to move with the times.

The topic is covered fairly completely in these posts; what works, and what doesn’t.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
