No engineer

I should have had an engineer turn up at my property today. They didn't turn up no explanation no phone call.  Sent e mails no response.  No contact number.  I'm not happy doesn't say a lot for the service your providing to new customers

You should find the telephone contact number for the NowTV Broadband Team by going to My Account > Orders & Appointments whilst signed in on here.

 

Click on the drop down arrow below your live date to expand the information where there should be a phone number to call,
