No broadband (Again!)

Broadband down yet again in Ashbourne (Derbyshire) and no update or feedback from Now. How am I supposed to do my day job? Worst thing I ever did moving to Now. Please let me leave and find new supplier. Don’t touch Now if you live in Derbyshire

Anyone WFH needs a backup service, typically a suitable mobile data plan so you can run a WiFi hotspot on your phone, for when the landline goes down.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

You won't get any form of staff giving updates on here in relation to broadband. It has never happened in my time of using the forum.

Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.
