Apparently there is a fault that Openreach are looking into, but Openreach have done nothing with this for 18 hours as far as I can tell.
I literally have no information other than that the service is not there...
I would like to know that something is progressing, that something is happening.
You are best to give the broadband team a call, as this is a customer to customer forum you generally won't get any reply from NOW.
