NOW internet is down

Stoke-on-Trent 11.11pm broadband down but all hub lights are on and normal. Anyone else having issues?

It seems Sky's DNS severs are down affecting the whole country. Try changing your DNS settings to Google's DNS server; IP address 8.8.8.8, worked for me. It's generally quite an easy setting to change but will vary by device so do a quick Google search for changing DNS settings on your specific device if you don't know how.

A DNS server is what interprets a web address (URL) to send your browser to the correct IP address for the website. Although by default Now broadband uses Sky's DNS there are other publicly available ones including Google's which anyone can use.

Yes same here in Southampton. And line test fails. Looking like a wide system fault. 
But line test error means it dead ends and you can’t even go on to log a fault. Pathetic system.
