NEW ROUTER NOT ARRIVED

An engineer visited and ordered a new router if I log into my account it says despatched 8th March !!! but is still not here. We've had no calls or notifications of attempted delivery and we both work from home so a)need decent internet and b) don't often miss any deliveries ....please advise as we will switch providers if not resolved.

its now the 25th of May, almost 3 months since your router was despatched, what have you done to chase this up?

Like @chilli2 says, what have you done to chase it? The router should have been delivered by Royal Mail and you should have been given a tracking number.

Either way, call the broadband team. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
