I phone tells me WEP is weak connection for NOW router .How can I configure it to WPA2 or WPA3 ??

My Iphone tells me NOW router is configured to use WEP for my WiFi network which is not secure

And I should change it to WPA2 or WPA3

How do I do that    ?  as NOW refuse to do it remotely !
