Paid subscription. Works on I phone. Can't get it to work on the MacBook Pro. Followed Error instructions and reloaded. Still not working. Screen remains blank and then returns to main menu. Any tips?

Now have just changed things so that Windows and Mac computers no longer have to rely on the Browser/Player combination, and now work purely in the browser.
Perhaps you have benefitted from this.
OTOH, Now on Macs was notorious for wanting the latest MacOS available to the affected Mac, and refusing to work without it, so updating the MacOS was absolutely the right thing to do.
However, all the tips we had before about how to get Now working on a Mac are pretty much up for review, albeit in a good way, so we’ll have to let this new and improved arrangement shake down, and see where we are when the dust settles 😛
Let’s hope for a much smoother ride with it in the future!
No change on the iPhone at present, though; Now still plays through the Player app. But here, you can either start the Player and choose programmes in it directly, or use the browser as the front end.
With the Mac and Windows versions, you could never use the Player directly to choose programmes, so that was a different arrangement - you had to use both together. Now these are all browser-only, they are much more streamlined.

What MacOS version? Is it the latest available for your Pro?

Thank you Rob B. I downloaded latest update (Ventura 13.4.1) and problem seems to be fixed.
