Internet down

Hi, my internet is down since the morning (Wimbledon/London) and when I call the helpline it says they are aware and working on it!! (after some 8 hours...) Is anyone else having the same problem?

Best to keep calling for updates, staff don't post on here from broadband support.

And make sure Now know your line is down, to start the clock on automatic compensation if the outage is more than a few days.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
