My internet has been down for about 5 days now, with a constant orange light. When the NOW TV self-heal screen comes up, it says there seems to be a problme with the connection in the DSL lead. However, it is still recognising it as being in. I have even bought a new cable and tried that, but still nothing. I live in the HR4 area of Hereford, have there been any other reports of internet being down? I have checked the service stauts on this website and it says it is ok. Can anyone suggest anything else I can try, or give me a number I can call? Thanks

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. If a simple reboot of the broadband router doesn't work then you'd be best giving the broadband team a call and get them to check things out for you. We're been asked not to give out the telephone number on the forum but you can find the number for the Broadband Team yourself by going to your My Account > My Package page
