i went live on the 20th of this month and still haven't received my router! i spoke to customer service 5 times now and was told 3 times that it was with royal mail and it would definitely be delivered on about 3 different occasions and then i was told twice that they had intact forgot to dispatch the router and that they would do it straight away, i still haven't received anything at all and i am paying for something i can't use, what do I do?
