Its been nothing but hassle twice I've been cancelled i can't get through on the phone
My broadband is ment to be installed on the 30th Oct looks like there cancelled my order for the 2nd time when i log in to my account ?
Be nice if i could speak to someone

Sorry to say it won't be on here as the forum is used by other customers only. Best to call the broadband team to see what's what. Sounds like an issue with OpenReach as NOW don't own any bit of network and fully rely on OpenReach.
Is it possible that your now in a FTTC stop sell area, which means NOW only using FTTC can't offer it to you?
