Hub not Detected

Hi my broadband stopped working on Tuesday morning. The wifi light is on and power light but the internet light isnt on and wont turn on. 

It said when i did a line check there was a problem with my connection from the adaptor in the master socket to the hub.

I checked and reconnected but still not on the two lights come on but not the internet light. I have tried resetting it too but still no internet.

 

Now upon technical check  it cannot detect my hub at all.

Any advice how this can be resolved as cant get through to now for help and want to resolve it. Thanks. 😊

You should be able to contact Now on the number in this link:

They open at 08:00 today, so perhaps try then.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
