Checked my line and it’s says no issues have been detected but I cannot receive incoming or make outgoing calls on my landline. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

You need to use your mobile and call the broadband team who also deal with landline issues. See link for the number, bear in mind the line operate 8am to 8pm
