My live date was today but still nothing on the box I was due to have a engineer come out today to set it up but customer service called me Monday saying they were no longer needed as they had tested the line to our address and it was fine. We’ve waited all day for the third green light to come on and still nothing we have tried everything reseting the box I’ve done a line check through the help centre which is saying no line detected which makes no sense as they told me the engineer wasn’t needed because they had already tested the line I’ve also tested the hub as well and it’s saying no hub detected but it’s plugged in and the other green light are on just not the internet one I’m so confused does anyone know how I can fix this please
