How to manage traffic on Now TV 2 router

Does anyone know how I can increase the speed of my PC and lower the speed to my TV for any streaming services that we use. Netflix plays 4k but my pc is lagging terribly when gaming. 

 

I can't find any traffic management settings in the router. Am I missing something or does the router now allow you to do this?

The Now router doesn't have any QOS settings. (AFAIK)

However, lag isn't due to speed, it's due to latency. (ping time)

What does a speedtest show on your PC, amd is it wired or Wi-Fi?
