It’s been over a month since our broadband has become a joke. I work from home and I can count the times when the wifi would stop for no reason and wouldn’t be back for minutes.
It’s extremely frustrating to have to hotspot or use my data in the house!!!?
On top of this our bill has increased this month without receiving any form of communication.
Any explanation for this would be great.
The price increase is for £3.50 and was the first one in years.
Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

This link also shows any planned outages as well wide spread faults.
You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

It could have been a £1.00 increase. I am looking at the bigger picture…
I did try everything from the links and nothing has improved. The line works fine apparently and are no planned outages in my area.
Then call the team as it up to them who can sort you out. I am a simple customer like you (albeit for TV memberships) so all I can do is point you in the right direction.
