Speed is very low, this is not at all impressive service

I am getting extremely low download speed for NOW broadband internet and I am very disappointed with the lack of promises. Thinking about switching from NOW to any better services. Just wondering why the speed is really low despite advertised and promised minimum speed. Highly disappointed.

Shocking service and false promises from Now. Do not touch them.

Are you able to measure what speeds you get over Ethernet, not WiFi?

What is your guaranteed minimum speed?

And you can leave without penalty if they can’t give it to you, but you have to give them thirty days to attempt this,

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

And note the difference between access line speeds (sync speeds), which are guaranteed and Wi-Fi speeds, which are not.
