I booked the engineer visit on 25 Aug between 8 am to 1pm, and I received confirmation mail. However, different time is shown at Track my order page. It shows the engineer is going to visit on 25 Aug between 4pm to 9pm. Which is correct? If the later one is correct, I can not accept the engineer visit because I will go out.

Unfortunately Openreach are not very good at keeping to the allotted date and time.
Do you actually need an engineer? If you have a BT/Openreach master socket, just connect the router to it and the engineer should be able to do everything remotely.

If I have the master socket, where should I call? I do not know BT/Openreach.

You always call NOW. They will deal with OpenReach on your behalf.
