I was just watching The lighthouse when two thirds of the way through I got a notification stating that there had been an error and the device I was using was no longer connected. When I've looked at my device list, all of my conected devices have disappeared with no devices added at all and the swaps all used. What has exactly happened, I can no longer watch Now TV because of this. My device list is very stable no one was trying to add or swap any. Does anyone have any advice?

Was the error message saying you have reached your registered device limits this month or something else ?
Does any NowTV movies play on your playback devices with your NowTV Cinema Pass or is it just the film The Lighthouse ?
If it is with regards to registered devices then jump over to live chat and explain to them whats happened and ask them to reset all your devices on your account, then watch on up to six devices to automatically add them back on your account.
