Existing Device Won't Play NOWTV

Hi,

I've just come back to NOWTV after a break and have tried to play something on my laptop, which is shown in my listed devices.  However, I keep getting an error message saying "You've reached your device limit and used your device swaps this month.  You'll need to wait until the next calendar month to watch on a new device".  Error code: OVP_00003.

This is after I had tried to watch NOWTV on an Android TV box, which it also refused to play because it's connected to my TV via an HDMI cable.  Why so many restrictions!!!!

Can anyone tell me how I can resolve this - I've just come back to NOWTV and have paid for a month's pass, but now can't watch it on any of my listed devices until 1st April - GREAT!!  It won't work on my mobile, laptop or tablet...

Many thanks for your help on this.  Feeling a bit disgruntled!

Hi @Anonymous User

Sometimes when devices get a OS or software update it confuses the NowTV Device management software.

Suggest you contact NowTV live chat and explain to them whats happening and ask live chat to either grant you either an extra device swap this month or to reset your device list on your account.
