Maxed out device swaps

says used all swaps up, paying 33 for sky sports plus entertainment and cinema passes plus broadband but cant watch it until NEXT MONTH NOT HAPPY 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬 SORT IT OUT OR OFFER REFUND

You could politely email

 

customerservices @ nowtv.com

 

(ensuring no spaces) explaining you made a mistake and would like your available device limit reset. Keep in mind you can only have 6 devices so if you're attempting to use more, then you're going to have to choose which device misses out!

You don’t say if you have actually maxed out your device swaps, or if you think this is a NowTV mistake?

 

Which it is should govern how you speak to Live Chat, but they are usually amenable to resting this for you.


Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
