Unfortunately have cancelled broadband for a better deal elsewhere. Bearing in mind that Now Broadband were aware I would be leaving, was charged for a full months broadband.
A credit has been applied to come back to me in 28 days, but really I shouldn’t have to wait, as it is an overcharge.
I contacted Now on live chat, nothing they can do, I have to wait. Find it wrong it’s an overcharge, why should it sit in sky/Comcast’s bank account, when it should be back in my bank account.
