Can't get any internet connection

My broadband has always been prone to dropping but have always been able to fix by resetting router Now I can not get a connection at all - at first light wouldn't change from flashing orange but now no light at all - just green power button. Can't get through to Now either on phone or via live chat. I deperately need internet access for work - any ideas? thanks

I am the same my Internet connection is always pritty good but for the past week it has been dropping either down to 6mps or dropped off completely. I also need an Internet connection ASAP is there anyway to contact now broadband as there web chat isn't working and you can't call them.
