We recommend you don't visit the website. If you've been directed to this page by an unexpected caller, it is almost certainly a scam. Please hang up and report the call on www.bt.com/scams.

I don't think it is unsafe, but I didn't think advertising was allowed on the forum.

BT think it is unsafe, and that is who I quoted, as per the URL in the quote.
If this is wrong, then this is something for @Anonymous User to sort out with this multi-billion£ telecom company 😛
As regards advertising, yes it would be a breach of 2.2.b of the Community Rules of the Road.
But is it just advertising, or something worse?

I suspect it is just advertising. I can't see anything wrong on the website, although a whatsapp web link is a little strange, not seen anyone use one of those before. That is probably what BT are complaining about.
I reported it as advertising when it first appeared, but nobody seems to have done anything about it. So much for moderation.

I don't know how it could be classed as phishing, they don't ask for anything more than basic contact details.
And it's up to 15 now.
