Broadband suffering disconnects

Hi ,  my broadband suffering disconnects since we moved to our new area.

1. There is no number or email to call

2. I cannot even check the service because it says we are waiting to the service installation though it was done two weeks ago. 

 

How can I discuss with human that will help me resolving this problem.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
