I would just like some advice. 
for the past couple of weeks my broadband has been disconnecting - orange button/staying off. It disconnects for a few minutes then comes back on and it does this a couple times a day. 
It’s super annoying as I play video games so when it disconnects when I get suspended. 
also, I’m starting Uni in September so this wifi is not ideal. I’m planning to switch broadband providers, but honestly, this wifi is not worth paying. Is there any contract that says something to do with being unhappy with the service (?) (I’m sorry I have no idea how to word it, I hope someone understands) 


im in the “PO1” area, if that helps track if there’s any ongoing problems.

Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?

This link also shows any planned outages as well wide spread faults.

You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.
