HI!
The guarantee minimum speed of my broadband is 50Mpbs, but the speed is dropped to around 1-2Mpbs recently.
I tried to follow the instructions to check the problem online, but it said can't fix the problem on line.

Have you noticed any issues with your voice service, such as noise on the line? Have you tried connecting at the test socket if you have one? Bear in mind that the guaranteed speed is to the router, not throughput, especially WiFi which can raise various other questions.

Sorry to say you’ll never get a reply from broadband support on here. With my entire time on the forum I’ve not seen anyone from broadband support post on the forum.
