So after signing up to Now in October and eventually getting broadband in January (13 weeks I think of no broadband) it's now slower than ever. I can't seem to actually get to contact anyone and the line test doesn't start. I'm sat at 1.2mbps download speed and have to use my 4G for wifi as its quicker. I've done the usual resets, unplug stuff and nothing. Can't watch TV as it just buffers and kids can't play their games.
And I thought talktalk was bad 🤦♂️

why was there such a long time between talk talk ending and signing up to now?
It should be almost overnight.
Did you cancel talk talk, that is tell them you are cancelling before signing up to now?

Cancelled and then Now broadband detected a line fault that stopped transfer. For about 10 weeks over Christmas, we had no TV, Internet, hive heating, kids gaming etc. After maybe 10 phonecalls to Now and not getting anywhere, I then phoned a friend of mine in BT, who escalated it that day and had the Internet back on the next morning for me.
